Terms & Conditions

All windows, doors, patio doors, and related products sold by Bulldog Windows LLC are custom-manufactured specifically for the Customer's home based on measurements, specifications, colors, glass options, hardware selections, and other customizations approved by the Customer.

Because these products are custom-made, they cannot generally be returned, restocked, or resold to another customer.

A deposit is required before Bulldog Windows LLC schedules production, engineering, ordering, permitting, or installation.

The deposit is not merely a reservation fee. It allows Bulldog Windows LLC to:

• Perform field measurements
• Prepare engineering and production specifications
• Schedule labor and installation
• Order custom materials
• Coordinate manufacturing
• Reserve production and installation capacity
• Perform administrative processing related to the project

If this transaction qualifies as a Home Solicitation Sale under Ohio law, the Customer has the right to cancel this Agreement within three (3) business days after signing, as provided by applicable law.

If Bulldog Windows LLC is required by law to provide a Notice of Right to Cancel, such notice shall control the Customer's cancellation rights.

After expiration of the applicable cancellation period, this Agreement becomes binding.

If the Customer cancels this Agreement after the applicable cancellation period has expired, Bulldog Windows LLC may retain all or part of the deposit as compensation for costs already incurred, including but not limited to:

• Sales consultation
• Project management
• Administrative processing
• Field measurements
• Engineering
• Design work
• Custom product ordering
• Manufacturer charges
• Material procurement
• Scheduling
• Labor allocation

If actual damages exceed the deposit, Bulldog Windows LLC reserves all rights available under the Agreement and applicable law.

Once custom products have been submitted to the manufacturer for production, the order cannot be canceled or modified except where required by law.

The Customer remains responsible for all manufacturer charges, custom materials, and other expenses incurred by Bulldog Windows LLC.

If the Customer refuses installation after custom products have been ordered or delivered, such refusal shall constitute a cancellation by the Customer.

Bulldog Windows LLC shall not be responsible for costs resulting from the Customer's refusal to allow installation.

The Customer agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback does not cancel this Agreement or relieve the Customer of contractual obligations.

If a chargeback is initiated after Bulldog Windows LLC has performed work, ordered custom products, or incurred expenses under this Agreement, Bulldog Windows LLC may submit all relevant evidence, including:

• Signed agreements
• Payment records
• Emails
• Text messages
• Measurement records
• Manufacturer purchase orders
• Photographs
• Telephone recordings
• Internal project documentation

to the payment processor or card issuer in support of the transaction.

If Bulldog Windows LLC must pursue collection or defend against an improper chargeback arising from Customer's breach of this Agreement, Customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, attorney fees, court costs, and related expenses to the extent permitted by Ohio law.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the county where Bulldog Windows LLC maintains its principal place of business or where the project is located, unless otherwise required by law.
