You can do either, but on these brick fronts the arch is usually what gives the house its character, so most owners keep it. We template the exact curve and build a fixed arched unit that matches, rather than framing it into a plain rectangle.
Can you match my existing arched windows?
In most cases, yes. We template the opening and build a shaped unit to match the radius and proportions of what’s there.
Do shaped windows open?
