My Evendale ranch has a solid front door and no window near it. Can you add sidelights without replacing the door?
Usually yes. We can fit sidelights to your existing opening, which means cutting and framing the wall beside the door to take the new glass panels. If your door is also tired, it can make sense to do both at once and match everything, but the sidelights themselves don't require a new door. We measure the opening and lay out what fits your entry.
Can I add sidelights to my existing door?
Often yes, if there’s room in the opening — it involves some framing, which we assess at the consultation. Sidelights are also easy to include when replacing the entry door.
Will sidelights hurt my privacy or security?
Not with the right glass. Privacy and obscured options block the view, and laminated or reinforced glass keeps security strong while still letting light in.
