Is a hopper window big enough to count as a basement bedroom egress in Roselawn?
Usually not. A standard basement hopper is too small to meet egress code for a sleeping room. If you're finishing a bedroom down there, we can spec a code-compliant egress window instead. For general basement openings, the hopper is the right, tighter-sealing choice.
What is a hopper window?
